Amidst the scattered neon letters that lay like relics of a bygone era, I found myself seated behind the old Jackpot Motel sign. Its weathered surface and striking presence stood as a testament to the transient nature of this city of lights. To my left, the shape of an old swimming pool carved out a forgotten oasis, now emptied of water, but filled with nostalgia. Across from where I sat, the word “HONOR” stood tall, its bold letters spelling out a message lost in time.

These signs, once part of the pulse of Las Vegas, now formed an intricate mosaic of history and memory. The compositions that emerged from these broken icons seemed to capture a moment suspended between past and present.
